Facilities - air condition in both lounge and bedroom, multi channel tv, free Wifi internet backup generator and kitchen with following appliances fridge freezer, washing machine, gas oven stove, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster etc.
Electricity - fitted with prepaid meter preloaded with 300 cedis of credit every 7 days. Guest responsible for paying

Detailed Description
Space
The Villa offers a spacious, open- plan space extending into your own private porch area. The space is unique and relaxing but it does not end there!!!. Your space extends to a shared swimming pool area where you get to relax and soak up the African sunshine and get to socialise with other guests...Enjoy!!!

Our dedicated team of staff are on hand to offer recommendations and assist at the same time respecting your privacy. From time to time the hosts will be around too.
Other Things to note
For electricity, the villa is fitted with a prepaid meter which will be uploaded with 400 cedis every 7 days. The customer is responsible for buying more credit as required which depend on the use of water heaters and air condition. Staff will be on hand to assist. As in most developing countries, from time to time there may be a power-cut. In the event of a power cut we have standby a generator subject to fuel top. Staff on hand will undertake this task.

The neighbourhood is less than 25 minutes away from the Airport . The neighbourhood is very diverse offering a mixture of residential and Ghanaian local community. This villa is an alternative to renting a 3 star hotel apartment. The area is vibrant, surrounded by shops, banks ATMs and fast food places like KFC Spintex and chicken Republic Spintex, all within walking distance. There are a number of supermarkets (Baatsona Total Filling Station) and the famous Junction mall ( of internationally standard) is just within 10minutes drive.
Within 5minutes walk from the Villa you will be able to access food/fruit and vegetables kiosks in the area, pharmacy and a forex bureau, a few places to order a meal and have it delivered like Papa's Pizza Spintex. The vicinity also offer local salons!! You will most definitely enjoy the diverse nature of the area. All the places named can be traced and found on google maps to help you to plan your stay.
Getting around
There is a taxi rank and a bus stop a mere 3 minutes walk from the complex where you can catch a ride to other parts of Accra. Or alternatively staff will be able to call for a taxi on your behalf to come inside the complex
