Thank you for your Feedback, but we are just surprised about what you have written about the lodge. First of all you did not sleep in the lodge because you complained about the distance from the lodge to your work place, because it would been too far you, which we understand but why could you tell lies about the lodge? Because you did not even stay there because of the distance from there to your workplace was too far for you. You never slept there, yes you wanted to say something bad about lodge so that Expedia would have given you all your money back. I dont think its good to do this be truthful next time.

Dear Mr. Joel sorry for whatever that happened. We have changed all our workers at the lodge since march 12th. They could not pay your money back because it was not possible. The cancellation period had past, but we will give you a good discount when you book with us next. All these problems you mentioned has been solved. Thank you for your feedback
