They were so lovely from check in to check out making sure we had what we needed and providing that beautiful location for us to stay in. The decor in the house and our room in particular was stunning, rich and colourful. Neste caso deveriam ter nos avisado q precisavam de uma caucao. E fomos pegos de surpresa. Se soubessenos teríamos utilizado o cartão de crédito como e comum em qualquer hotel ."

"The hotel was conveniently located and priced for the reason we went to Auckland this time. We didn't check the pool area, so can only comment on the service and the room. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was spacious but considerably dated, could use renovations asap. The ceiling inside the room had odd painted windows, so as soon as sunrise, there was yellow or purple light everywhere in the room, inside the bathroom and even the closet. Noise from the busy road outside and the other rooms...
