Outside of these hours, we strive to respond to all questions and inquiries as efficiently as possible.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the Property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. We will have to upload this passport copy to Abu Dhabi Culture & Tourism Department to register you as a guest.
