Enjoy a comfortable stay in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment (783 sqft) at Radiant Square on Al Reem Island. The home offers a bright living space, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a TV for added comfort. Ideal for solo travelers or couples, it’s just moments from shops and cafés, with easy access to Abu Dhabi’s top attractions—combining convenience with vibrant city living.

Guests will have full private access to the apartment, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining area, and both bathrooms. In addition, you’ll have free access to the building’s shared amenities, such as the swimming pool, fully equipped gym, and secure parking. All entry details will be shared before check-in to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.

Check-in is simple and convenient. We offer a self-check-in option using a secure lockbox or smart access system. All detailed instructions, including entry codes and directions, will be shared with you on the day of arrival. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you have any special requests or arrival time updates, feel free to contact us in advance — we`re happy to assist.

Radiant Square is located in the vibrant Al Reem Island community, one of Abu Dhabi’s most modern and sought-after neighborhoods. The area offers a perfect balance of convenience and lifestyle, with supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. Guests can easily access Reem Mall, Galleria Mall, and Boutik Mall for shopping and entertainment, while Reem Central Park and Al Fay Park provide beautiful outdoor spaces for relaxation.

The neighborhood is well connected to the rest of Abu Dhabi, with quick access to Al Maryah Island and the city center. Nearby you’ll also find hospitals, nurseries, and schools, making it a family-friendly location. Radiant Square itself is a modern development featuring high-quality facilities, landscaped surroundings, and views of the city skyline and waterfront.

This location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and a lively community atmosphere.

Getting around from Radiant Square is easy and convenient. Taxis and ride-hailing apps like Careem and Uber are readily available and usually arrive within minutes. Al Reem Island is connected to Abu Dhabi’s main city areas by well-developed bridges, making it just a short drive to Al Maryah Island, Corniche, and the city center.

If you’re driving, the building offers secure parking and quick access to main roads, while public buses also operate nearby for budget-friendly travel. Zayed International Airport is around 25–30 minutes away by car, and popular destinations such as Yas Island, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque can be reached within 20–30 minutes.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 PM).

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Abu Dhabi Culture & Tourism Department to register you as a guest.

After completing your reservation, you’ll be asked to fill out an online form and sign a short rental agreement as part of the check-in process.
HOUSE RULES

Noise levels must be kept strictly low during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time.
Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-9AM.
No smoking allowed; This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, tobacco or any kind
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the allocated parking space, in the garage, or in designated parking areas.
Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated;
If the neighbors are disturbed, Royal Holiday Homes reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund;
No alcohol may be consumed poolside and no glass containers may be used near the pool (if the property has a pool).
Guest must maintain all property and furnishings in good order; Do not move any furniture. Guest may only use appliances for their intended use;
Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property; Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed-upon occupancy limit; If you have any extra guests, kindly let us know right away to avoid any extra charge
Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting.
Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home.
All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter
All trash must be taken out and placed in the onsite bear box. Failure to do so will result in a fine of AED 500,
Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time

PET POLICY:
Pets are welcome at our property, but prior approval is required. After booking, a payment request for the pet fee and a refundable pet security deposit will be sent to you. We allow only house-trained cats and dogs, and a maximum of two pets are permitted.
