"I can't say enough positive things about The Beachcomber - and Beverly. I just wish we'd had a little more time to stay there! Lubbock was a quick roadtrip layover on our (me, daughter and granddaughter) way to Austin, but we'll definitely spend more time next time. Great neighborhood, great property - and great host! Absolutely whole-heartedly recommend The Beachcomber!"

"Property address in this neighborhood has issues as there are two properties with same address. Host should update checkin instructions with correct address location and make it easier to access property. Property was clean and as advertised and spacious. We visited only for one night stay with 7 adults and 2 kids on trip back from Colorado to Austin. This property is really a gem and hosts should just update instructions on access to property"

"Really nice home. Extremely clean, well decorated. Accurate photos. We didn’t use kitchen except for the fridge but it appears to be well stocked. Very comfortable couches and master bed (only used the one bedroom). Nice neighborhood. We felt very safe. Great price. Clear instructions and great communication from owner. Convenient location. So glad we found this home. Would gladly stay here again."
