Remodeled home includes updated kitchen, bathrooms and new flooring.

Experience the most fantastic views with just a quick walk to the beach. Come back and relax from inside of our lovely room home next to a warm fire. Located on a dead end street with virtually no traffic. Enjoy the sound of the ocean and relax. Fully furnished with everything you will need. A well equipped and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beach. Short drive to grocery store or Westport marina and shops. There is construction underway on three lots close by, so there is some noise and the views are obstructed somewhat. The beach access as given in the house manual isn’t easy to use - better to go to the bend in the street where it’s much easier. Overall a lovely spot and we enjoyed our stay.

The location of this property is close to the beach, which is accessible by walking around houses, through grasslands and down a steep drop. We were able to find stairs back up from the beach, but it isn’t accessible for anyone with any motor issues. The house is fine, it’s obviously professionally cleaned between renters however when the air freshener smell wore off over time, a strong scent of stale urine took over the living room area. The listing doesn’t show this but there is a whole house newly being built between this rental and the beach, it blocks the majority of the view. The noise from construction was difficult to endure, as well as the close proximity of the port a potty/honey bucket which was serviced during our stay and was also quite a difficult scent. I did inform the owner that he should consider updating the posting regarding construction and the view.

Well stocked and nicely updated two-story home a short walk from the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of supplies for cooking any meal, including spices and oils and other things you don’t want to have to remember. The deck on the front is a great place to enjoy the waves. Only downside is there has been a lot of construction since the photos were taken. The view across the street is partially blocked now. There is a bit of construction noise. We would still stay here again no problem, but just be aware. The owner Jim is very responsive and nice to work with.

I wanted a little get away from Redmond, somewhere I could take long walks on the beach with my dog. This place fit the bill! I saw eagles each morning and saw 3 deer when walking back from the beach one evening. My dog enjoyed hanging out on the outdoor deck as it was cool from the ocean breeze. The home was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Very well managed and place is great. Had everything we needed and kids/dog had a great time. Stormy weather first night but we had beautiful sunsets from the deck following day. We did get quite a few razor clams during our stay. The few things that need to be address were already noted on stay.

This was the perfect house to watch the ocean during stormy weather. The house is clean, warm, and cozy. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us. We had excellent communication with the owner who was immediately responsive.

Great property in a great location with stellar views. The kitchen is STOCKED with pretty much any tool or utensil you might need. Having the second bathroom was a very welcome change to other properties our family has stayed in. There were ample towels for both bathrooms and the kitchen. The gas fireplace really does the work of keeping the house warm. Would/will definitely stay again.

Great dog friendly property. Enjoyed watching and listening to the surf from the living room and deck. Very well equiped. Short walk to the beach. Owner was quickly responsive when we had written down the wrong address of the property. Looking forward to our next stay.

The house was comfortable. The kitchen has a good array of cooking tools. The location is wonderful. Very quiet so you can enjoy the views of the ocean. Access to private beach area was very close and allowed for peaceful beach time. Owner very responsive to communications. We enjoyed our long weekend at the beach and would stay here again.

Always feel relaxed when staying here, kids had a great time. Enough space for the 4 of us and our dog. Next time could probably stay even longer. Biggest pet peeve was getting eaten by mosquitoes but we expected that to happen.

The house is fantastic and the owner very responsive. I agree with other reviewers that the jump down to the beach from the path was a little challenging especially with kids but that was part of our adventure. The house is very well stocked with kitchen items. Very clean and such an amazing view. One thing I couldn't tell from the posting is the road is gravel so we drove to the bike path nearby. I thought we could ride from the house but we had kids with training wheels and small bikes so that wouldn't work.

House was very clean! Close drive to restaurants and marina. Short path to beach. Drop off on to the sand. Older person or physically impaired person will not be able. We are active and in our fifties and were fine. A small challenge for us. We even took our time to maneuver corn hole(that we brought) and small cooler. Walkable distance by beach and then off street to Black beards pizza and brewery.

This property is gorgeous, spacious and well equipped for all visitors. From extra beach towels to fuzzy blankets to sand toys.... the numerous amd thoughtful touches made our sty with our family that much better. It is true that beach access from the property requires scaling a large dune drop off, but we managed with some extra boosts. If you love listening to the ocean from your kitchen, drinking your coffee on the deck warching the pelicans over the water amd having a beautiful home with all the immenities, this place is for you! We loved the quaintness and quietness of Westport and its numerous beaches to check out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jethro dog and I had a very nice time this past weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and in a central "base camp" for Westport and Tokeland. There was a hiccup for the check in process, but turned out well. The short hike to the beach ended with a drop off to the sand that neither of us wanted to attempt nor know how to get back up. Found puzzles, but no games. Perhaps the listing should be updated? We did have a wonderful time hiding and finding painted rocks, eating much seafood, and hiking. This was the first time I had Jethro on a road trip. Thank you for a allowing us to stay at your house!
