"It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel."

"When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. We were going through closing on the purchase of our new home, and we were so grateful to have found such a “Cozy” suite to keep our pets comfortable, and stress free during this time of transition. "Quaint little older home. Very clean, well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo, body wash, etc. Extremely convenient to downtown Southern Pines. Ample parking for two cars. Had concerns over electrical outlets. The outlets in the kitchen and smaller bedroom sparked everytime something was plugged into them. The house was built in the 1940's, so understandably there was a noticeable smell (musty). Kitchen had been renovated, but it was obvious some things went lacking (ceiling was painted in...
