"The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned."

"First day was made aware of a 60 dollar upcharge or as the receptionist called it a deposit. Why would you need a deposit when I have pre paid for the room in advance ? "These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again."

"Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality!
However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep.
It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy.
I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort."
