"Spa tub was lovely, veranda equally lovely. The room was clean and well appointed, front desk staff were not available when we arrived but communicated how to access our room - which was great. Dining options are sparse and you must drive if you want to have a proper dinner. No dining after 5pm at the clubhouse - which was kind of a bummer. Relaxing atmosphere for the room though - secluded and private. Incredibly peaceful. "

"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. The apartment is beatifully decorated, well equipped and impeccably clean. Self check in was super easy. Highly recommended."

Each one is big, spacious, comfortable, warm, and spotless – everything you could really ask for. "Good location close to the centre of Worcester. Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure. Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. "

"I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. Very happy with our overnight stay, would highly recommend.l"
