The Haven in Abbeville

Our Haven is exactly that. You'll love the attention to detail in this studio apartment. It's perfect for a travel nurse, work assignment or a getaway by yourself or with a loved one.

We use only non toxic cleaning supplies and detergents on our towels and bedding as well as Essential oil and plant extract based fragrances.

The space:
The studio is in our newly remodeled basement. You'll have a kitchen complete with a toaster oven/microwave combo, full bathroom, queen bed, patio area, parking and a firepit area. The sofa has a pullout sofa and we have a 4" pillowtop to add to it, it is separated from the bedroom area by a semi sheer curtain. The laundry area is shared between us and our guests with separate entrances. We try to have most of our laundry done on checkin/checkout days but occasionally use it while guests are here as needed.

Guest access
You’re more than welcome to all guest spaces which include a small fire pit area to roast marshmallows or sit by the fire, on the deck by the creek or your own patio. The patio is equipped with drapes to add some privacy.

Abbeville is a quiet town in the beginning of the week but on weekends it's a flurry of activity. Town center is 1.3 miles from The Haven. We have walked to town multiple times which is fun if you're up for it! Main St has side walks which makes the walk easy and is less than half a mile from The Haven. Make sure to stop at Main St Coffee Co for a quick bite or drink! There's also a lot of other great eateries and stops to make. We love walking the square every so often to grab gifts, visit the plant shop, bakery and hunt for vintage treasures.
