Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the open living and dining area with natural light, while the spacious layout makes it comfortable for families or couples travelling together. Guests also have access to a free laundry room on the ground floor, along with WiFi, an elevator, heating and parking options.

The open-plan living area includes a round dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, cookware and essential kitchenware. The sofa can be converted into a queen-size bed, while a 43-inch Samsung Smart TV is available for relaxing indoors. The separate bedroom is enclosed by a stylish glass wall and features a king-size bed, hypoallergenic pillows and heavy curtains. A lounge and dressing area with a large wardrobe, full-length mirror and chair leads towards the bathroom. A hairdryer, towels, bed linen, iron and other everyday essentials are provided.

The city centre is within easy reach, with the Universitetet light rail station about an 8-minute walk away and a journey of around five minutes to the centre. The route towards central Aarhus passes by the university and ARoS Aarhus Art Museum, known for its Rainbow Panorama. The nearby Basecamp area adds cafes and places to spend time, while the harbour area can also be reached by light rail. The building is Green Key certified and incorporates several sustainable features. Guests should note that a transformer station behind the building may produce a low, constant sound when nearby windows are open.
