"The place is family operated and was an absolute joy to stay at. The staff, especially Paul, is super friendly and helps you resolve anything you need in a manner of minutes. It’s in a perfect location, between Beirut and Jbeil/Jounieh, and felt incredibly safe. I recommend this place for anyone visiting from outside of Lebanon; it’s very easy to get taxis and Ubers from the location and is accessible to restaurants, grocery stores, and malls."

I stayed for a month and was very happy with the accommodations and everything that was included with the stay. My only issue was that changing sheets costs extra and that shouldn’t be the case. "This is a small luxury hotel. We stayed at their newly added suite of 5 rooms at their second property 1 minute away (walking). The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast is included in the room price, and it is very delicious. The food is all brought in directly from farms, and you can tell from the richer taste of the eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, labne, etc. They use the tannour to make their bread and manakeesh, and the taste is top-notch. "Staff was warm and welcoming and very insisted on helping with anything possible. I was allowed early check in and decided to extend my stay because of hotel as a whole including staff and proximity to everything. Highly recommended. "

The food selection and presentation are good; the only problem it was too salty. Another small issue that surprised me, I was given a price for a taxi ride by the hotel receptionist, but after I took the ride, the taxi driver asked for a higher fee.
