"Localização excelente Quarto limpo, equipe prestativa, café da manhã muito bom."

Breakfast is really good, with a lot of options. Its location is amazing, close to the market hall. I would recommend it for young adults."

"Wonderful!! Great staff, location and breakfast!! Definitely a wonderful experience in Haarlem!"

"HOTELS.COM doesn’t respond or help!! I would like to submit a complaint concerning my stay at “The Veteran” First of all, the location of the hotel made it impossible to sleep at night. "Beautiful clean room, very comfortable bed. Room is small, but great location and just what we needed. Lots of amenities like cold water, coffee, tea, soap, etc. breakfast was good and great coffee. It was a bit difficult to get luggage up and down the stairs, probably not a great stay for those with mobility issues. Host communication was excellent. We were there in a heatwave, so room was warm but I think that’s probably not typical. There was a fan to circulate cool air from outside at night."
