"Nice but not great. Facility is newer but is starting to show wear. The main hotel service was great. Breakfast was below average, even for a hotel breakfast. They had two people working and the meal area was still dirty. Dirty floor, dirty tables, and crumbs in the cracks of the chairs. They were also out of many things and slow to replace them. The Pancake machine was broken our second day. Also, it was the same exact meal options the second day. Overall, it was really expensive for what it...
"There was a bit of a fiasco with the reservation, not the motel's fault at all though. And when they couldn't find me they were about to give me a complimentary room until it got settled! Fortunately, it all got straightened out and I was able to go to my room. They were patient and friendly through the whole experience and gave me a bottled water. I would stay here again and recommend it. Thank you for you patiyand understanding in the mix up!"
"The location is exceptional. The history of the building is one of a kind. The lobby and art gallery are great. My wife and I have stayed at the Old Alcohol Plant Inn twice, and we are already thinking about going back there next year."
