"We stayed for a week here and really enjoyed the pool, beach and daily fire show. Breakfast buffet was average with the usual western options and a few local items. Dinner buffet was better but had limited rotations and popular dishes were not replenished frequently enough. One thing that was off-putting was that the cold food section (seafood, sushi, sashimi, deli meats) was all left uncovered and frequently saw flies there."

"Bad check-in experience. The receptionist was lazy, didn't tell us anything about the hotel, didn't offer us the possibility of a paid upgrade, didn't want to sell us the beverage package.
Regarding the room, it clearly needs an urgent renovation. Old bed, old bedding, old tv. 3 star hotel standard. I can't understand how this hotel has the Shangri-la flag.
As for the staff, very kind."

"We had an amazing stay at The Sheraron Denarau Villas in Fiji. The whole family loved how friendly all staff are; delicious the buffet (s) are and beautiful the scenic surrounds are.
The kids had an amazing time in the pool.
Can't wait to go back to Fiji and explore more."
