"I've stayed in hotels around the World but I had the worst experience of my life in this hotel. When I arrived at the hotel the receptionist asked me for my credit card to pay the total amount for the 3 nights. I immediately told her that I already paid upon reservation and she said I was right. When I left the hotel I have been charged the full amount once more!! This is definitely a fraudulent scheme since I clearly said that I had paid for the hotel earlier and the receptionist confirmed it....

"Nice beachfront property, albeit dated. Well secured. Easy check in procedures. Staff were not very friendly or willing to help with tour bookings though. Bathroom needed a good deep clean, but otherwise place was clean. Dishwasher did not work and 2 electrical points were loose off the wall and sparked when plug put in. A few household necessities would make the stay more welcoming. Overall fair for price"

"We would recommend avoiding booking here if you are relying on the advertised shuttle service from the airport. What they do a poor job of communicating is that the shuttle service they have costs $200 and must be booked 48hrs in advance. As another heads up to anyone who this may effect who are booking soon: the pool was quite unclean during our stay and the spa was run down with no schedule to repair it. All of this said, the rooms were fairly clean and the staff were very friendly."

"Please note that checking late is not easy. You need to follow instructions to get the keys to the apartment, which is not easy after 5 hours flight. The owner had to come out and assist us to find our way to the apartment. She was very polite and welcoming. Everything was clean and orginized. "We had trouble finding the property in the dark. Once we were oriented, we enjoyed the location and proximity to the esplanade. In the unit, the washer/dryer combo did not work well, the shower left much of the bathroom floor wet and we could have used additional towels. We never heard from or met the hosts during our stay."
