"The pool area is excellent, very well maintained, and everything was spotless. However, the 11:00 a.m. check-out time is a downside, especially compared to other hotels in this category. Another disappointment was the bed linens, which felt more like those of a 3-star hotel rather than a luxury property."

"A beautifully designed hotel in a fantastic location. The (included) breakfast has a good selection and breakfast on the balcony watching sunrise was very special.
Staff were consistently helpful.
The bike garage in adjacent building was a nice extra that made daily cycling so much easier"

"Not my first time at the hotel. I like the location and the decor. The reception team are very kind and helpful. The place is clean and well maintained. I would not recommend their single rooms though, they are really tiny and dark. Food has somehow got worse this year, both in quality and availability. It needs to be revamped in my opinion."

"They have a hot tub on the top floor which would have been great as we booked the Terrace suite , however it was very old , did not work properly and was not clean . Very old they need to replace it . It was very dirty. Also no canopy over it as it was broken and we informed staff who said that the maintenance sense man would fix it , this didn’t happen whilst we were there. Would have been nice to use hot tub not only one set of jets were working and it was not clean . Head rest fell of and it...
