"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff I interacted with throughout my stay were friendly, professional, and helpful. That said, the check-in experience was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, there were well over 50 people waiting in line, yet only two employees were working the front desk. The wait was far too long, and it’s hard to understand how a hotel could be so understaffed during what was clearly a busy check-in period. No matter...

"The location is great! My room had a nice view of the lake. Both Hells Kitchen and Wolf are in the hotel which is convenient for a nice drink or dinner. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I only had 2 gripes—there’s only one water station in the hotel to refill bottles and I’d specifically requested a room away from the elevator and they literally put me right next to it. Luckily, I was there midweek so it wasn’t busy and didn’t keep me awake."

"Equipe atenciosa.

"Amazing, the only question is why didn't they clean the room? What is the level of a hotel that has no control over room cleanliness?"

"The rooms in Ridge Villa have amenities for simple cooking which is very convenient."
