"Minha experiência neste hotel foi relativamente decepcionante. Já me hospedei em outra unidade da rede Margarita em outro estado, e a diferença de qualidade foi enorme. A equipe demonstrou falta de preparo. Fiquei com minha família aproximadamente duas horas aguardando para realizar o check-in, pois não conseguiam localizar minha mala, que havia sido despachada pela American Airlines diretamente ao hotel sob meus cuidados. Se eu não tivesse um AirTag para rastreamento, a atendente sequer teria...

"Pros: i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful! Cons: Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking. Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom. No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room. One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it...
