"The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet!
The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it.
The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate...

"The good things about this resort was the pool and beach areas. We also liked the numerous pools around the property if you didn't want to go to the big pool near the beach. That's was about it everything else we did not appreciate. We stayed in villa 602 that needs major updating before it is rented again. There were stains all over the sofas to the point I didn't even want my family sitting on them. The hall sink was stopped up and we contacted maintenance about it the day we got in but they...

"Upon arrival we noticed the parking was terrible, very tight signage wasn’t great to figure out where you were supposed to park. The elevators were down the first day which made doing anything nearly impossible unless you wanted to tackle 16 flights of stairs. Upon entry noticed juice boxes were left on the balcony and the tables were filthy. The light in the bedroom with twin bunk beds was hanging from the ceiling to which my husband fixed.
