"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. "This was THE best stay. We loved the hotel. Took our two puppies and they also agree. Very dog friendly area - the rooms and public areas are 5 star. ⭐️ clean and modern with very helpful polite employees. Parking is included in an attached garage with plenty of space. Beautiful place!"

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. "As soon as we arrived, we saw a member of staff smoking a joint in the guest parking lot (we do come from a country that has legalized marijuana - so its not unusual for us to see, but this was a first impression optics). We step into the hotel and it was going through a massive renovation right from the front doorway and there is dust absolutely everywhere. We came in with 2 small children in a stroller and were offered a room on the 2nd floor, that looked like it had seen some better days....
