"The worst hotel I have ever stayed! No ar conditioning! No mini bar! Just one sheet on the bed instead of two! The breakfast was a joke! Instant coffee and hot water! The pictures on the site do not match reality! The entrance to the hotel is scary! The elevator is scarier! The reception is on the 5th floor of a run down building! The room I stayed in was room number 520! Never will I ever recommend this place and hotels.com should verify the place and cross it off from its recommended list! 4,5...

"Not what I expected, but okay I guess...."

"Funcionários incríveis e localização excelente"

"Omg this hotel is unreal! From the location, staff, amenities, restaurant, decor, I can go and on. Super clean and chic, it’s really a gem in Cairo! Loved every second we spent at the property! "

"Yes"

"We were a group of 8 who rented the apartment for 5 days. Upon arrival, it was clear that the apartment had just been thoroughly cleaned. The apartment was the perfect choice for us while exploring Cairo. It is centrally located, with most sights just a short distance away. There is an ATM and shops just a few meters from the main entrance. The apartment itself was very spacious, featuring 4 good-sized bedrooms and a very large living room. Our host, Ms. Nagwa, was exceptional. She was very...

"I like the location, I don’t like there is no air conditioner in the living and dining areas also there is one and a half bathroom and that cause bathroom line the elevator is not working properly sometimes"

"We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels...
