"Sudip and Suchita( sorry If I forgot the name) were really good and after initial issue with room, Sudip stepped in and sorted the problem. He showed professionalism and made our stay for next 3 days exteremely good and enjoyable. Front staff were polite and accommodative and took care of us."

"El personal fue muy amable, muy servicial y siempre dispuesto a resolver. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nuevas y limpias. El desayuno es excelente. El hotel está en una parte bastante adecuada para ir a los templos de Kali y Krishna, menos de 15 minutos. Cerca del hotel hay tiendas, restaurantes cadena y centros comerciales. Estoy más que satisfecho y lo recomiendo totalmente. "

"The hotel is located conveniently. The service was courteous. First the positives: The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and all fixtures were clean and functioning.. Some of the concerns issues we faced: - after-hours check-in process is a problem as the hotel gates close and lights are turned off after hours. For guests arriving late night/very early (e.g., international travelers), this is a problem. It is a good idea to have the hotel phone number handy;...

"Very clean, comfortable and noise free room. Check in was quick, staff friendly and helpful. Room service good and quick. One prep was too spicy but gave us free ice cream to make up for it. Check out quick. Overall would definitely recommend!"

"My room was clean and comfortable, the mattress and pillow were soft and plush and the bathroom was clean, well lit, and had modern hardware in great condition. So many hotel bathrooms I stay at in India are pathetic but not the case here. Also I had to check out at 3am and the staff helped me order a taxi to the airport (just a 5 min drive away at 3am) and carried my bag to the curb and talked to the driver for me since I only speak English. Would gladly stay again. "

"I booked 5 days at hotel seawood on hotels.com. when I went there, reception told me that they have no room, we was discussing for 2 hours, finally, the guys told me that he has the room and receive me 41505 rupees for 5 days. When I stayed at 3 day, they let me migrate to another lower hotel saad, the condition was very hard, I think the price is lower than sawood. today, I'm checking out and waiting for 1 hour, due to the recption let saad hotel to make a part of invoice for me, I waited...

"Clean enough for price. Place felt very safe. Staff was very friendly and let us leave our bags safely for the day before our train. Very happy with stay "

"Charming hotel, good breakfast, helpful staff, comfortable stay, good location"

"Decent stay. Breakfast is not great but will do. You have to walk outside to get to the breakfast area so dont go out in your slippers, especially if its been raining. (when it rains, water collects in the outside area) Walls are on the thin side, so if you're a light sleeper, make sure you have ear plugs. Overall, its good enough given the price."

"The hotel is ok but dont expect much. The room was clean but had old and ragged towels. The minibar does not get anything even slightly cold. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was average. Its very close to park road and other tourist attractions."

"This property located one of the prime location. Surrounding area of this property is not clean at all. I have found bed bug. Washroom is very narrow and metal towel rack has been placed in bad position. I got hit by towel rack and cut my forehead. When I requested front desk staff for band aid, I had to wait around 15mins as they had to run to the pharmacy to buy it for me."
