"An old hotel. The family room gets the afternoon sun and was hot when we checked in. The ac (individual ceiling type) took hours to cool down the room. The bathroom is very small with a sliding door that doesn’t close well."

"Excellent location, and amazing building. Worth the stay just for that. The room was good and clean, good air con. The bathroom was clean, but clearly not to the standard of the rest of the hotel. Stall incredibly nice."

"We are familiar with Bayview as we used to stay at Bayview when the kids were much younger. After more than 15 yrs we are back at Bayview. I like the huge, cosy & clean room. The beds are comfortable & rooms renovated. I'll stay at Bayview again, just that if u love shopping, may not find the location convenient as the big malls are not within walking distance. "

"We arrived, and the room was already opened with the A/C turned on. Huge Room (familiar) and the bathroom was big enough to have the shower well separated. They brought more towels on the second day. They brought the newspaper to the door. Simply wonderful."

"The hotel was officially opened a week before our stay. The rooms are clean, good view if the ocean and good night sleep. We stayed at the club floor and enjoyed the finger foods & drinks. Friendly, helpful staffs."

"Boutique Hotel is literally just a minute walk to Jonker Street night market which operates from Fridays to Sundays. However, it was not noisy and we slept well. Walkable also to all the other major places of interests. There are cafes, bistro, bars and restaurants so you save money on transport. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. "This is our favourite hotel in Muar we always stay here . On the plus side the room is very spacious with average decor . However the air con is either off or freezing and sounds like a jet engine . The toilet is continually blocked . Having said staff is very nice and friendly "

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."

"No wifi service. It’s a families vacation hotel, crowded. Breakfast hv to wait because place small to accommodate big group. Lifts service very bad, 5 & more minute waiting. Breakfast menu the same "
