"I booked 2 rooms we were allocated rooms 12/14 on 2nd floor which were OK but could do with a revamp.Room 14 had a iron but no ironing board room 12 had a ironing board but no iron so we ending up sharing. "The service, accommodation was exceptional. The hotel was relaxed and totally customer focused. The staff are attentive and accommodating, knowledgeable about the area. All the staff presented themselves as professional but friendly always smiling and open to conversations and commentary. The spa is fantastic, relaxing and rejuvenating. "Just directly opposite to the beach with free parking. Basic continental breakfast but does the job to fill up. If you have craving for eggs and the full English fork out an extra 5.50 but the basic is decent. It's a Victorian house with the infrastructure still fit for purpose. Housekeeping is everyday which is fantastic. Any misses and the staff would go over and beyond to help you. A big shout-out to Dere and the reception staff who made our stay enjoyable."
