"The hotel lobby was in nice condition but upon seeing the room, we would’ve cancelled if possible. There are holes in the wall, stains on the sheets and the bathroom tiles were dirty. Would not recommend. "

"Had a great stay at Ibis Budget Jakarta Airport. The hotel is a short distance from the terminal, and offers free transfer both for pick-up and drop-off at the airport. The room was really clean, with great shower, A/C and bed. You can use the amenities from the Ibis that is located just 50m from the Budget. Pool, restaurant and more available. Transfer was on time and had no problems. Would definitely stay again."

"Chambre vieillissante mais encore bien. Salle de bain bien. Le personnel parle bien anglais et est avenant. Déjeuners inclus redondants (maki gorang deux jours). Odeurs de cigarettes dans les aires communes. Je pense que le rapport qualité-prix était correct sans plus. Je retournerais si j'avais besoin d'être dans ce secteur."

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but...

"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not the type whi was expecting 5star hotel treatment, but as a big international brand I was definitely waiting more. Firstly, my flight got cancelled and I ended up arriving one day later. They refused to refund this day, which would be kind from their side, but it’s understandable. "Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food."
