"The check is was horrible. We arrived a little early so I texted southern rental vacation they said we could go ahead and enter the condo. We put all our stuff in the room took a short walk on the beach came back to the room. We were locked out. Called them they said they couldn’t help up because they didn’t have a credit card on file. I explained that my wallet and phone were in the room. They wouldn’t budge finally after talking to a supervisor I was given access to the room on the condition I...

"Villas Capri #9. Upon arrival noticed bugs in the place. Shower grout, floor, liner disgusting and stained. Dust everywhere. Freezer door handle broken off at the bottom. Spent the first night cleaning the place. Cheapest Stained mattress was provided for our bed, very uncomfortable. Let it go and moved on with our vacation. Upon leaving, the freezer handle mind you that was already broken at the bottom finished breaking when cleaning out to leave. Southern Vacation Rentals...

"Wonderful stay"

"This condo resort was ideal with easy access to multiple pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and the beautiful beach. We arrived to a clean unit and had everything we could need. The condo we were in was a good size for our small family, but I’m sure they can accomodate larger families as well. This was one of our best vacations to the Florida gulf coast and will highly recommend to others."
