"The front staff, especially Sana, were so accommodating, from room changes, half an hour late check out, but all done with a smile on her face. Coast hotels should be proud of the customer service she provided. The restaurant staff, at Montana's were very good as well. I wish the hotel would close the pool at 9pm rather than 10pm. The noise level was way to high for sleeping, by the time the kids wind-down and stop running the hall ways after swimming it's getting really late. We as a group...

"Very sparing with their amenities, you need ask one by one and took many hours to get it, one towel - no mistake, don't get it wet or dirty, one toilet paper - wait for hours. No breakfast, pool etc. pillows gave me aches on my neck. Room cleaned every 3 days. Otherwise it's good, maybe for short stay."

"There is no accessible room and while they kindly gave us a room near the elevator, a shower chair and non slip mat, it really did not work well as the bathroom is so tiny and the corner of the counter is practically over the toilet seat. High narrow rim around the outside of the toilet seat which has a burn mark, is awful. Low toilet. No shampoo in the shower dispenser. I loved everything else and was aware that there was no accessible room but thought we could manage. We would not use...

"Overall a nice stay. Clean room, everything worked. Food was decent (burger very good). The proximity of the smaller bar area to the foyer's outside doors made dining while watching some sports quite cold with people coming in and out of the hotel."
