The 2-acre Hobby Farm is located between Fredericton and Oromocto. Less than a 15-minute drive to Costco, Oromocto and Downtown.

There are 2 large bedroom each with a queen beds. The smaller bedroom has a single bed and a closet.

The Kitchen is newly renovated and stocked with all-new small cooking appliances, full size convection stove and fridge. Ready for baking or cooking for the whole family.

You will be staying in the top half of the house. The owner lives in the lower half with his now senior dog Mason. They use a separate entrance at the back of the house.

The 2 acre property has multiple fire places and pits. BBBQ with utensils. 8 chickens that free range when the weather is nice.

There is a Garden that is about 2/3 of an acre that provides food to family, friendsand guests. As a guest you will enjoy fresh Vegetables from about July to November.

At the rear of the property is the Baker Brook. You can enjoy a paddle or try your hand at catching a Bass with the fishing rods and lures provided with your stay.

The N.B. trail system is about 600 meters from the Property.
