"The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The suite was bright and airy but very empty. The velvet couch and chairs were very dirty with dust and hair. The beds were very comfy and clean. The curtains were too long over the air conditioner blocking the air flow so we had to use shoes to hold the curtains back. "I was very disappointed that I ended up in a room where the shower did not work. I was only overnight and returning home at dinner time so I managed. The front desk apologized but it was too late to do anything. AND no effort was made to make good with an unwashed guest!"

"when we first got there, nobody was at front desk, which is fair because it’s a seasonal property but when we emailed and called there was no answer we waited around for an hour until 4 o’clock hit, which was check-in time and then we got our code for our room that’s fine but we drove four hours to get here. once we got our room, it was nice.
