"Husband and wife own the property and live there. They are very interested in making guests comfortable. This type of hotel (small independent, older building) is not on the same level as Marriott of even Holiday Inn --- and I did not rate it in comparison to those. I rated it relative other lower price hotels.I want a clean room, no bugs. This one met that ... and had decent towels. It even had a multi-plug for electronics. The lack of that is a real limitation in other hotels. I would...

"Ficamos num quarto com uma cama queen-size. O piso do quarto era de madeira. A roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. O quarto e o banheiro eram muito limpos e bem-cuidados como o restante do hotel mas bem pequenos! Notamos um problema de isolamento acústico com o andar superior (ou nossos vizinhos eram muito barulhentos)! A rua do hotel era de chão batido como todas as demais transversais da cidade. Apenas a rua principal é pavimentada! Havia facilidade de acesso a diversos...

"Check in was at 4 and we didn’t get a room until 5:30 so that was disappointing. Lots of kids around but it was nice having access to 18+ pools. The pools were great and service was excellent! Could use an upgrade on the beds in the Deluxe rooms. Worth the money of staying at the resort as you have 24 hour access to pools. Nights out there are amazing! "

"We loved the Siesta Motel. They have thought of everything you need for a great stay. My kids especially loved being able to take one of their bikes on the Animas River Trail; highly recommend doing if you have the time. Bed and pillows were top notch after a long day of traveling. "

"The Hillside Inn was a great property on the edge of town. The beds were comfy, memory, foam style beds, a decent size refrigerator, a separate freezer section, and the staff is friendly. Friendly. The breakfast provides cereals, muffins and fruit. Although the property is not located in the heart of downtown Pagosa springs, it actually is more accessible to a lot of outdoor adventures that you would like to do!"

"Great location, walking distance to the springs and restaurants. The hotel exterior is quite old, but the room was ok. My only complaint is that through the website it said that there is free breakfast, but there was not. "

"Had a great time, the grotto is amazing "

"The lodge is more like a hostel in that the bathroom and shower is down the hall from your room. However you have your own private bathroom and shower which are keyed to your room. Be careful not to leave your key in the bathroom or shower since those doors lock without using a key. Overall very clean and comfortable. There are no staff at the desk. It is managed by staff at another motel"
