"The staff was friendly, but check in was long. The building at night was filled with marijuana smoke on both nights we stayed, and the dog barking was annoying the first day.
Overall, it was a Motel 6, so expectations were low."

"Multiple outlets in the room did not function and one was not even grounded. When I brought this issue up after a night of no water in the entire hotel, the day time manager REFUSED to compromise to find a solution and even hung up on me and only agreed to compromise once I escalated to customer relations. Shockingly, the second room also had the same issue with outlets-plugs would just fall out of the receptacle. So, no reason to switch rooms. I requested to speak with the general manager via...

"Quarto bom. Sempre faltava alguma coisa. "
