"The property is just as listed. The view is awesome. We spend Thanksgiving in Destin every year and I think this unit is by far one of the best we have stayed in over the 18 years we've been traveling. "Very good location, enjoyed sitting on upper level porch. We would recommend to others.We did have an issue with the upstairs cooling unit. However, Shane resolved it quickly the next morning after our arrival.Beach access was straight forward and convenient. Steps to the beach are not bad.
