"Stayed for 31 days. Everything was wonderful and the hosts were easy to contact when needed. They met all of our needs. We will be returning next year.e"

"The house was very nice. I did have to call Carol because there was no remote for the tv in the living room but she told me to go through the boxes that was delivered and there was a remote that she had ordered. I did have to go out again to buy batteries for the remote. The pool area was not swept. I do suggest that the trash cans be labeled recycled/trash"

"This quiet little place was perfect in every way . Walking distance to all downtown restaurants and shops and just a few blocks from a waterfront park . The shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. It has a private patio perfect for morning coffee or dinner on the open air . This place is perfect for one or two guest . "

Fishing, swimming, restuarants & shopping are all there in Punta Gorda. This home was by far THE BEST!!!Don't hesitate staying here. Troy was qwik with answers to any & all questions. Homeowner Greg was very responsive and accommodating when necessary. Loved our time there!! "

The lanai, pool and hot tub were extremely clean and we made use of them every day. Andy, the property manager, was very responsive to any questions we had.
