"O hotel tem um excelente localização, o quarto é equipado com cozinha (microondas e cafeteira). Porém a "limpeza" do quarto não é feita. É feito somente a troca das toalhas caso solicite."

"Room was nice and cozy. Limited channels only Netflix was available and water pressure was low for showering. Was happy we were the only ones there at the time as i would not have been comfortable using a shared area where the microwave was located with someone i didn't know. Overall nice accommodations."

"All the reviews you read a true. This was our 2nd time staying at Charlie’s place. Charlie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His villas are spotless and he has everything you need including car and boat rentals. This is the best location if you want secluded beaches. Just kayak over and explore Man-O-War Cay. The most beautiful colors of blue water and white sand in the world and you have it all to yourself! Driving can be a little intimidating with narrow roads. "

"Staying at Bayview Villas is like going home. Charlie is such a great host. The villas are always so clean and the view is unbelievable. There are kayaks to enjoy the area. "We absolutely loved our stay at this villa and fell in love with Exuma. The surrounding property is very-well tended and planted with a variety of fragrant flowering tropical plants and palms with a pristine and mostly deserted beach only steps away. The interior is beautifully laid out and comfortably furnished with a modern island feel. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Appliances are brand new and of high quality. "Love the house- super layout with all the goodies- sound system, ping pong, good BBQ with room for out boat and friends. "

"Super Clean, comfortable, well located and thoughtful stay. Cool AC to sleep, very clean everything, beach towels, ice cube trays, shampoo/conditioner, coffee! Short walk from the airport, restaurant almost right across the street and the yacht club is less than 1/2 a mile. We took folding bikes but we’ll probably rent a golf cart next time. "

"The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Loved all the sea turtles that came to see us multiple times a day. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we could need for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was yucky for our stay but we made the best of it and still had a great trip. We had 3 couples and we were celebrating 2- life long best friends turning 50. We loved having a golf cart to get around but if we had to do over we would probably have rented a car too...
