"Price was great and location was excellent for walking to a few places. It’s about 4 miles from the busy downtown area. Property is located next to the mini golf course. The bike trail is also right behind. Would definitely stay again. Only negative would be that the ice machine was always empty, but saw several people filling coolers, etc so not necessarily the propery establishment’s fault considering the sign clearly states not to fill coolers. "Our stay was great. Everything was comfortable and for the most part clean… but our bathroom wreaked of urine as soon as we got in to the room and the smell never left. When I looked around the toilet, there was pee all over, I think the seal is bad on the toilet. I ended up spraying around the bottom with hand sanitizer and lining it with towels. It still smelled terrible. Other than that, great hotel! Easy check-in and out. No other complaints."

"The room itself was ok, you could tell maybe new flooring and updated bed frame, but the rest of the room seemed old and outdated. The only staff I came in contact with was the person at the front desk when I checked in, she was very nice. The beach and the outside property were really nice. Great view. Spa tub was old and rusty, the bathroom was not the cleanest and could use some updating. The shower for sure was old and outdated."

"Very affordable stay in a convenient busy area of traverse city. Not luxurious but definitely was a comfortable bed! Quiet although on a busy road. WiFi was super slow. Staff was very willing to help in any way we asked. Shower curtain was super sour smelling. I wouldn’t want to pay more but it was worth the money for our stay while we worked in Suttons bay as contractors for a few days. Pool was crystal clear but the weather was too cool to use it.
