"Convenient, clean, moderately priced, with personable management. The end rooms closest to road are subject to traffic noise, but that's the only (minor) downside."

"Not too many food options while we were there in April. "

"Skied Sugarloaf and Saddleback. Nice location for both. House had a very nice sitting area for the number of guests it holds. Well insulated and recently updated. Hard water but Pur filter system in refrigerator provides softer water for drinking. Just is very responsive. "

"The house is lovely and the perfect mountain home to spend time with friends! Close drive to sugarloaf, cozy and clean. Lots of space to hangout! "

"Beautiful house, lots of space, great game room, we had a blast. The cabin was exactly what we expected from the listing. Property manager was responsive and helpful when we booked. Great stay, would book again."

"We had a wonderful time in spite of gray skies and rain. The cabin was cozy and we loved hearing the ducks in the morning and the loon in the evening. Even had a family of deer with 2 fawns in the yard eating apples. Being right on the water was great for relaxing and enjoying the quiet which was what I needed! Walked into town in between rain showers, ate a lot of good food and ice cream! Would definitely come back again!"

"This home in the Timbers had good access to Windrow trail (3’ walk in ski boots). Home was clean and well stocked and pictures are accurate. Bedrooms are cozy and living spaces comfortable. Host Ryan was excellent with timely communication and support. While a major storm impacted our check-in, he made us whole with a generous compensation"

"I booked a unit which has a loft and they moved me to a smaller one without ever telling me. So, someone had to sleep on the futon which was disgusting and so uncomfortable it’s not suitable for sleeping (needs a new mattress). There were no sheets for it either. The place was relatively clean except for REALLY gross carpet and one thing that is inexcusable. There was rat poop in the silverware drawer and in the pots/pans. The back deck is fantastic but I would still never stay here again!"

"Spent the weekend in Rangle skiing, the place was ideally located not far from town, and an IGA for any groceries, and short drive to the mountain. Heather was responsive and helpful welcoming us with comfy beds, board games, ping pong, and local recs"

"We had a great time staying at this property. The house was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location was great with access to the best of Franklin County. The view of the mountains was terrific. We can't recommend this property highly enough. We hope to make it back!"
