"Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. However, there were a few frustrating issues during our stay. At check-in, we were approved for a noon checkout by the front desk. Despite this, housekeeping knocked on our door multiple times around 10:30 AM asking us to leave because their records did not show the late checkout. "Not a good experience. Staff for the most part was great and very helpful. However, our room was very dirty, juice or something red all over the wall, sheets on one bed had not been not changed, looked stained. I had laundry to do and the 4th floor, the laundry room smelt like poop to the point I almost threw up. We Stayed two nights and room was never cleaned and I had to ask for towels. "O conforto do hotel de forma geral é bem básico, todas as instalações já são mais antigas. Além disso, indico para quem realmente vá passar somente uma noite e está procurando um hotel para dormir. Café da manhã também é bem médio, com vários produtos com muito gosto artificial."
