"Room was ok, but not very clean. They didn`t have water or anything to buy so we had to go to a gas station next door. wi-fi signal very bad in the room. There was some mosquitoes in the room, but I guess this is not their fault as they are in the whole city."

"The first room was smelly like they dropped some chemical prosuct so we asked to change room. The second one was ok, the pillow cases were really old with yellow spots, We bought one at Walmart so we didn`t need to lay our heads on those dirty ones. The room was next to the elevator, yet there was no wi-fi signal."

"We had to extend our stay due to a death in the family and front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was much better than LaQuinta and the breakfast staff were very pleasant. It's also very handy to have a Walmart just across from the hotel within very easy walking distance. There are also several fast food restaurants close to the hotel."

"It was very clean and beautiful and quiet. No other guests when we stayed. The bar tender was very kind and sweet. The only real dock on rating for us is that the food was hit or miss for the price and there were two locals in the bar at dinner that were super annoying and made our dinner experience very uncomfortable. "Unit is old and there were roaches in the room. Bedsheet were old and felt damp or maybe it's the humidity, i don't know. Pillows were old as well. Toilet flush was coming off, had to insert it back in to be able to flush it. Towels didn't feel clean as well."

"I knew going in that for the price this would be a dump, but I didn't expect to literally see a dump in the toilet when I walked in my room. They moved me to another room with a broken microwave and a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head. The front office lady was apologetic and friendly, but you certainly get what you pay for with this "Royal" Inn. There was nowhere to hang clothes, no closet and no ice machine on the property. It was a tiny room, which was ok with me but no table...

"Hotel was under renovation without any notice prior to arrive. Had to ask for everything including soap. Realized when ready for coffee, no cups. No carpet or baseboards in hallway. Everything was dirty with drywall dust. Air conditional was marginal at best. Asked for a different floor but apparently all floors were the same. Asked for a lower rate based on conditions but only received a token reduction. I have never written a review like this, so conclude what you want. Not a good...
