"I had a booking reserved with a pay for the stay on arrival, apparently after waiting over an hour this option was not available and they cancelled my booking. Left stranded in London trying to find somewhere else on a busy Saturday afternoon.
Would never recommend trying to stay there.
Booked through hotels. Com, they were not helpful either"

"First of the descriptions of the place was very difficult to locate and I don't get it why they added photos of an university campus and the direction of address wasn't accurate. Then it stated free parking spot in the area, but I just received a parking ticket of £60 on same place with a photo of where I parked my rental car during my stay. I could have stayed at a hotel with parking spot and pay less. Maybe other customers will be okay with place, but I had a terrible experience and it's...
