"A wonderful place for travelers looking for affordable accommodation without compromising on comfort and hospitality. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the hot showers are a great bonus after a long day of exploring. They are also very helpful in arranging tours, trekking, and other travel services.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and budget-friendly stay with...

"I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel is good, but the hotel manager's bad energy hinders one from enjoying a good stay in Kathmandu. He keeps snooping on what you're doing, how you're getting around Kathmandu, what you're eating,... I made three two-day reservations. The first was Ok, the second, I had a very serious problem with the manager, and the third, I canceled, as there was no point in returning to this hotel. The second time I stayed there, I had booked a "superior deluxe room with...

"As an infrequent traveller and senior citizen, I appreciated the very pleasant and generous assistance with phone, navigation and general issues. I enjoyed being in the older traditional artistic area. Shakya House was beautiful, comfortable and secure. I would love to stay again."

"I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"屋上にフリースペースが有るという理由でこちらの宿を選択。
場所はタメルの中心の端に位 置していますが、ダルバール広場やバス乗り場に行くには便利でした。
部屋も比較的清潔で、ホットシャワーが24時間出るのがとてもありがたかったです。
スタッフの方もフレンドリーかつ親切で、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれたのはありがたかったです。"

"It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owner Shalik and his staff are very professional and responsible to all their guest. They will do all possible things to make ur stay memorable. I stayed at the Mt. Everest room which is located at the 5th floor, very quiet and peaceful room. Despite Shalik busy schedule, he will always give u a time if u need something with regards to any advice, planning and budgeting there in kathmandu. Very accessible from the airport and what i really like is, the...
