"Room was clean although the bed was fairly soft & a little uneven. Unfortunately we were right by the pool with the pool towels (clean & a dirty basket) was by our door so people were often right by our door. Once we returned and a lady was holding a towel up so the other woman could change in front of our door! Talking from those at the pool went right through the window glass. There was supposed to be a 10 pm quiet hour but our neighbors didn’t pay attention to it.

"We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the lodge buildings are very sympathetically designed, and blend well with the surroundings. Everywhere is very clean and maintained to a high standard. We loved sitting on the bar stools and watching the monkeys and morpho butterflies. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and assisted us with booking excursions. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, as were the cocktails! "Hotel Margarita had an amazing vibe, it was blending with nature perfectly. Our room has a nice glass wall facing trees and forests. Every morning a very handsome woodpecker would come and curiously check us, it was really unique. The pool was nice, the staff was super polite and helpful, breakfast was nice and quite filling (fruits, coffee and juice on top of your main option.). "Excellent comminications leading up to our stay and welcome was just as good.
