"The woman (didn't catch her name) at the front desk when I checked was very nice to deal with. I requested a room on the top floor that would be quiet. She put me in a room at the end of the hall, and it was perfectly quiet. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast the next morning was good, although I wish there had been more than one flavor of yogurt, but it was still good. I've had good experiences with Comfort Suites, and will continue to favor them when selecting a hotel."

"We had a terrible experience with the check in staff. The room served it's purpose. Bed was comfy enough. The elevator was out, but the worst part was the staff member at check in. When we came back to the room after our event (close to 1am) our key cards were deactivated. Apparently, we were never checked in and our room was issued to someone else!
