"There is hair dryer, no iron and board. Faucet in the bathroom looses like a wiggling tooth and can “come off” anytime. The check-in process is slow (1 service staff only at all time). A group ahead of us was even assigned to an occupied room and came back to get a different room. It advertises it has Netflix but you have to sign in with your account. Room doesn’t have enough cookware (1 small pot) or dinnerware. Never come back again."

"Bowling alley next door. Dont order door dash the people at the desk will say its ok there and then ur food comes up missing, they wont let you speak to a manager. "Overall conditions of the motel is bad. The room was not like the picture of the site, it was much older. No refrigerator in the room. Bad smell outside the room. We booked 4 nights but ended staying only one. I booked this room because I had a very good experience in another Red Roof hotel in the previous week but could notice that there is not a standard between them."

"Old, run down property. Not very clean. Elevator creaky & slow. Security chain broken on room door. Not enough towels supplied and all very thin. Had to ask for more. Doors were also thin. Could clearly hear people & barking dogs in the hallways which disrupted our sleep. Eggs & sausage at breakfast were cold and tasteless. On the second day, they ran out of eggs and other items. "We were forced to book another hotel --through expedia--upon arriving and seeing a trailer full of cats, the desk staff smoking, doors with destroyed paint, pothole ridden parking lot. The place is awful and we would have felt unsafe and exposed to smoke and cat fur (one of our family members has severe allergies). I didn't even go in. I left a voicemail canceling our stay. Regrettably I didn't say why. I will be disputing the charges. "
