"Doesn't look like much from the outside, But JR is the most accommodating owner ever, and the place is very clean on the inside. Beds are comfortable, Keurig coffee maker, Roku TV, microwave and fridge. Bathroom is bright and clean. The main building has a bar and pool table (free pool) and it is the most unique woodlands theme ever! Must see! JR has good recommendations for dining and everything is 15-20 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay."

"The cottage was easy to find and was very clean. Everything inside was exactly as listed and the host even left us some farm fresh eggs in the fridge to have during our stay. Communication was also very easy with the host and they offered us some good hiking and dining recommendations. (Bent Run Falls and Hector Falls were our favorites.) I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!"

"Amy was very easy to communicate with. We were within steps to the mighty Allegheny River and National Forest. Warren is minutes away. The home is new, spotless, and very cozy with radiant floor heat. We lived our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"Marienville is a small town off the beaten path so I was delighted to know this motel even exists. I had one of the small rooms, 1 queen bed, non-smoking. I noticed (before I booked) that some people had complaints about smell, cleanliness, etc. Well, my room was perfectly clean and smelled fine. The bathroom was clean. The bedding and towels were clean. (Maybe a little worn.) Sure the room was small, but heck the place used to be a Microtel. I was there during deer season, and it rained for...
