"O quarto é confortável, banheiro e ducha excelente. A localização é imbatível em Londres, a decoração do hotel é linda demais. Seus bares d restaurante são fantásticos. Atendimento do staff nota 1.000. Recomendo fortemente"

"I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back."

"O Staff é muito gentil e atencioso."

"Equipe maravilhosa!! Quarto super limpo e aconchegante! Sem contar a localização!! No coração de Covent garden!! Amei!"

"Atendeu as expectativas, limpo, organizado e muito bem locizado"

"A equipe de recepção foi sempre muito prestativa. Quarto impecável. Tudo novinho e de muito bom gosto."

"Stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. Cost this stay was considerably higher than previously, which may merely be a reflection of price increases in the hotel industry generally. Still, something of a bitter pill. Small issue - reservations made something of a point to get my accurate estimate of arrival time for the purpose of determining if an early check-in would be possible. I arrived following my transatlantic overnight flight when predicted, about two hours before 3 p.m....

"We had a great stay. Marlena (hope I’m spelling that right) was incredibly helpful upon check in and set us up for a comfortable first few days in London. Thank you!"

"Excellent!"

"O hotel é bem localizado, quarto e banheiro confortáveis. O café é a lá carte. Restaurante e bar muito bons. Só achei o quarto pouco iluminado. "

"The hotel is very well located behind the National Gallery at Leicester Sq., which is very central and has many attractions, pubs, and restaurants. The room itself was very small and I thought it was somehow claustrofobic, also due to artificial ventilation."
