"Breakfast ok. Room clean. Heat worked. Was NOT immediately greeted upon arrival. Had no idea where employees were. We stood at counter several minutes and no one came from the back room or any where to check us in. After we were obviously confused & verbalized it between the two of us as what to do in this hotel with no visible employees, did the two ppl from popcorn machine come to the counter & started to check us in! "The whole hotel was dirty. When we got there, my husband used the main bathroom. The toilet seat was ripped off, the trash can was full & it was dirty. The elevator had drops of fresh half & half in the ground "
