The Space:

The loft has been thoughtfully designed to create a stylish and relaxing coastal escape.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with a private ensuite, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable queen bed. An additional shower room and separate toilet provide extra convenience for couples or friends travelling together.

The light-filled open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens onto two private balconies, where you can soak in sweeping views across Port Campbell Bay and the township. Fire up the BBQ on the deck, enjoy a long lunch, or simply unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a feast, including a Breville Barista Express coffee machine with freshly supplied coffee beans to start your mornings right. We also provide quality linen, plush towels, Herbalist Bells Beach shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with a selection of essential kitchen staples to make your stay effortless.



For those travelling for work, we've also included a dedicated workspace and fast, reliable Starlink Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected while enjoying one of the Great Ocean Road's most spectacular locations.



Please note that the loft is located above the popular 12 Rocks Restaurant. During peak periods the restaurant generally closes between 9:30–10:00 pm, and around 8:30 pm during quieter months. While some noise may be heard during trading hours, most guests find it minimal. If you're seeking complete peace and quiet or are particularly sensitive to noise, this property may not be the best fit.



There is no dedicated onsite parking; however, plenty of free, untimed street parking is available just a short walk from the loft.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire loft apartment for the duration of their stay. There are no shared spaces, so you can relax and enjoy complete privacy. You'll have full use of both bedrooms, the open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two private balconies, and all amenities throughout the property.



The Neighborhood:

Port Campbell is one of the Great Ocean Road's most picturesque seaside villages, renowned for its relaxed coastal charm and as the gateway to the world-famous Twelve Apostles and Shipwreck Coast.

The loft enjoys an unbeatable beachfront location—simply cross the road and you'll have your toes in the sand at Port Campbell's beautiful, sheltered swimming beach. Spend your days swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, fishing from the pier, or exploring the spectacular coastal walking trails and breathtaking limestone cliffs.

Despite its boutique size, Port Campbell offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including excellent cafés and restaurants, a well-stocked IGA small supermarket, petrol station, bottle shop, and visitor information centre. Families will also enjoy the local playground, skate park, tennis courts and artisans food trail.

Whether you're here to discover the iconic coastline, indulge in the local food scene, or simply relax with uninterrupted ocean views, Port Campbell is the perfect destination to slow down and soak up the beauty of Victoria's southwest coast.

On street parking available, free of charge.



Other Things to Note:

Our loft is located directly across from the beach with beautiful bay views & located above 12 Rocks cafe & beach bar - some noise can be heard from time to time but generally not an issue.

There is a walking track out to 2 mile bay, access right hand side of the beach over the creek. Beautiful views over the bay, town & right down to the 12 apostles.

There is a display folder in the loft with information on the local area.

Port Campbell has a tourist information centre for your convenience
