"I loved this spacious apartment with beautiful floors, tall ceilings, and the feel of an updated, super clean old historic home. Everything was as advertised and it is easy to access downtown Winston-Salem just minutes away. I was there for an event and also tried some local coffee shops, restaurants, and beautiful pathways for long walks with lovely views. I would definitely stay there again."

"This was the perfect location for a weekend of downtown activities for my daughter, without the pricey cost of downtown hotels. She did her thing while I explored the greenway trails nearby. The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped with amenities. The king size bed was spacious but the mattress is very firm. Worked for us, just something to note. Katy was responsive with a couple of questions I had during the stay and flexible with an extra request. Highly recommend!"

"Perfect place for us to stay. Clean, kitchen is stocked with basice kitchenware. Appliances all clean and ready to go. It is conveniently located close to downtown. Felt safe and secure. A few little problems. The TV remote batteries were all dead or the remotes didnt work so was unable to use the TV. "The house was not in a good neighborhood. Major issues: Chained dog barked all night, the washing machine didn’t work, had to call to find the linens which were stored in a file cabinet in a bedroom, showed up during check in time and cleaning staff was still there, hardly any dishes on site so forget about cooking a meal there. Place was a disappointment at best, especially for the overall cost."
