"This is not a 5 star property so don’t expect a hot breakfast, pool, or spa but…. The property is well kept, quiet, the rooms are very clean, and Denise (the manager) will go out of her way to accommodate you, including loaning you a skillet, egg turner, coffee mug, and paper plates so that you can fix breakfast in your room."

"Great location! We had 1st floor 1 bedroom with walkout to street. So convenient. Thought it would be loud being street level, but was never an issue. Would definitely book there again. "

"I had surgery around the corner and this spot was super convenient to the surgical centre as well as restaurants, making it easy to not have to over manage. It was peaceful and quiet. Much appreciated. We dint get to play pool but it was certainly enticing."

"Kim's place was spotless. She offered a comprehensive book of things to do/eat in the Outer Banks, as well as a map. The grounds and gardens around her house were amazing. You really do not need to bring anything with you. She has beach gear, bikes, sun tanning lotions, beach bags. She was friendly and helpful"

"We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues."

Nice upscale area. 8 minute walk to All Day Darling- nice neighborhood restaurant- the kind everyone would want in their neighborhood's VRBO had everything we needed- Kurig coffee maker and porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Comfortable bed. Great couch. Plenty of room to enjoy a dinner with friends."

"It was very difficult to get them to send an email with the information I needed to check in, so it ended up with me having to stay at another hotel the first night because they forgot to send me the first email"
